I will be in Morehead City on March 18th and have some evening slots available for photoshoots. Email photo AT scottpiner.com for booking info.
Here is the first peek at our little girl. She's looking straight at the camera so we were able to see her eyes, nose, & chin. She even opened her little mouth for us. We're counting down the days until July 13!

You may have noticed the new logo & splash page for scottpiner.com. This was all done by the wonderfully creative Sarah Gallardo. Sarah also put together some amazing print collateral for me as well. So go check out her work at SarahGallardo.com
Also, here are some pics from our trip downtown.
Here's a quick one from a recent photo session. More to come of this little one.

I came across an image from a wedding I shot a couple of months ago at Mount Lebanon Chapel next to Airlie Gardens. I guess I never posted that batch of images. So here's one from that day...not sure why I keep coming back to this one. The flowers in the hair? The perfume? The bridesmaids looking on?
Rachel is a model who was looking for some additional images to add to her portfolio. Here are some from our time together downtown.
Photography note: all of these were shot with some sort of light modifier. Most of the images were lit with a strobe in a softbox triggered via PocketWizards. For the last image, I had Rachel hold a 42" silver reflector in her lap to kick up some light. Next time, I'll take a 'behind the scenes' shot of the setup and post that too.

From a recent family shoot downtown. Love these in black & white.

Not quite Cartier-Bresson's Decisive Moment but I'll take it...
