I have my own little Bailout Plan for the month of November…$125/session + optional $50 for a CD of the edits. Here are some shots from another Wilmington NC wedding on Summer Rest Road. Will's aunt has a beautiful house overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway which was the venue for the ceremony & reception. I really enjoy shooting quaint ceremonies because there is so much interaction among family and friends. Enjoy!

The Ghost Town of Bannack

Here are a few closing shots from Yellowstone National Park and some from the Ghost Town of Bannack, Montana. Bannack was sort of on our way back to Missoula so we decided to stop by for a bit. This place is a for real ghost town that still has the cemetery, gallows pole, hotel, everything. Wild stuff out in the middle of no where. Yellowstone.

On to the Beartooth Highway

A few more moonlit shots from our last night in Glacier National Park along with a couple on the way down to Red Lodge, Montana. We specifically went to Red Lodge so we could drive the Beartooth Highway into Yellowstone. The Beartooth Highway has to be one of the most beautiful drives I have experienced. And having a peak of about 11,500 feet, there is definitely some snow.

This is around 11,500 feet and we were actually looking down on some of the clouds. Craziness! And I have to give a shout out to the Ford Edge we rented for the trip. This was one comfortable ride. I actually tried to place it for a nice commercial-looking shot with the snow-covered mountains in the background. Silly. But how often do I get the chance to set up a vehicle for a shot? Great times! Up next is the ghost town of Bannack. And then back to blogging a ton of recent photo shoots.

So we made it to the top of Bears Hump in Waterton, Canada. The view was amazing and it was crazy windy that high up. After a little rest and a water break, we decided to have an impromptu photoshoot. Donna was smokin' in her North Face gear. Check it out...

Montana Wildlife

And here is the wildlife post! Montana had lots of mountain goats, elk, and deer. The bison shots are from Yellowstone and Canada. This little guy was charging! We stumbled on this family when we rounded a bend on one of the trails to a waterfall.

Since we were so close to the Canada, we decided to cross the border and head over to Waterton National Park which connects to Glacier National Park. And it was amazingly beautiful. We hit Waterton and it was like some sort of throwback town that time seemed to have forgotten.

With all the bears in the area, I wasn't sure if this was a proper noun or a complete sentence. Either way, we took the hike. Which was very steep...

...and gave us this view overlooking Waterton.
